ENTERING THE EXHIBITION CENTRE
- Body temperature controls at all entrances.
- Face masks must be worn inside the centre (if it is not possible to maintain social distancing of 1 m).
- Promotion of online visitors pre-registration.
- Adequate information about the preventive measures (signage, digital systems, specialised staff).
CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE
- Cleaning activities will be intensified (dedicated washroom attendants and frequently sanitising all major contact surfaces).
- Disinfectant gel dispensers at: washrooms, food serving and relaxation areas.
- Air recirculation turned off.
EXHIBITION AREA
- Space reorganization to ensure correct social distancing.
- Extension of row and common areas.
BOOTH MANAGEMENT
- The use of washable materials is suggested.
- Access guidelines: incoming and outgoing flows of visitors should be separate.
- Installation should start with assembly of the walls bordering on other stands as physical barriers.
- Face masks must be worn in the fairgrounds and during all mantling/dismantling activities.
EXHIBITION TIME – Exhibitors’ guidelines
- The interior cleanliness of their stands must be guaranteed (independently or through Fiera Milano service) at least twice a day.
- Access to stands must be restricted to guarantee an interpersonal distance of at least 1 m and avoid crowding.
- Availability and access to systems for cleaning the hands (sanitising products and/or gloves).
- Hands must be sanitised before handling products on display (or disposable gloves must be worn).
- Face masks must be worn (staff and visitors) during interpersonal interactions.
- The reception area has to be equipped with physical barriers or staff must wear face masks and have access to hand cleaning products.
- Any informative and promotional materials (exclusively within the stand) should preferably be in self-service display units.
- Specific guidelines are for managing catering service in the stand.
