To access the FieraMilano-Rho exhibition centre and consequently the MIPEL:
All ITALIAN exhibitors/fitters/visitors have to exhibit the valid Super Green Pass at the access gates having at least one of the following requirements:
- Valid certificate of vaccination with EMA– authorized vaccines in Italian or English done within the previous 6 months.
- certificate of recovery from Covid-19 infection within the previous 6 months.
All FOREIGN exhibitors/fitters/visitors:
- who are vaccinated with vaccines not authorized by EMA, such as Chinese and Russian vaccines (e.g. Sinovac, Sputnik), can access the exhibition and all the services and activities for which the Green Pass is reinforced after performing rapid antigenic test (valid 48 hours) or molecular test (valid 72 hours);
- who have certificate of recovery or vaccination with a vaccine authorized or recognized as equivalent in Italy, if more than six months have passed since the completion of the vaccination cycle or recovery, can visit the exhibition centre and have access to all services and activities for which the Green Pass is reinforced after performing rapid antigenic test (valid 48 hours) or molecular test (valid 72 hours).
N.B.: it is strongly recommended to get the necessary document in advance, to avoid waits and assemblages at the hubs and to have quick access to the event.
In general visitors from abroad are required to check the daily updated lists issued by the Italian Ministry of Health for the specific national measures in force and to fill out a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) via the EUdPLF application.

At the end, during MIPEL121 are guaranteed all the anti-contagious provisions provided by SThealth institutions:
- All the general health and hygiene regulations already mentioned, such as social distancing and the use of PPE (FFP2 masks), are applied in the exhibition spaces, both for the staff of exhibiting companies and for visitors;
- In the design of the spaces, aisles of adequate size are foreseen to encourage social distancing;
- Cleaning and sanitation services are provided in the exhibition spaces.
