At MIPEL, you will find an area dedicated to eco-sustainable bags companies in collaboration with HUMANA People to People Italia.
HUMANA is a humanitarian organization which has been realizing development programs in the Southern part of the world and social projects in Italy since 1998, through fund raising and the collection of used clothes.
Five brands, Belt Bag, BeMine bags, Luciano Gelisio, OOD, Smile@Ortigia, will present their collections, made of recycled, vegan, cruelty-free and animal-friendly materials.
HUMANA promotes solidarity and sustainable development through the environmental protection and responsible consumption. The organization supports circular economy examples such as sustainable fashion brand using recycled materials to produce design bags. Innovative fabrics and recycled products are promoted in order to convert industries to sustainability.
HUMANA wants to transmit to MIPEL’s public that upcycling and modern technologies allow the creation of unique bags and accessories, which combine aesthetics and social responsibility.
